Can I target a city or state?

No — Unlimited Residential supports country targeting only. Sticky sessions (with a configurable time) and per-request rotation are both available. For city, state or ASN targeting use Premium, Exclusive or Smart Residential.

Is there a free trial on Unlimited?

No — Unlimited plans have no free trial. Instead we offer the Hourly plan: $15 for 60 minutes on a 200 Mbps port, no commitment.
