Cookie Policy

Depending on where you are, we apply the strictest consent standard that protects you: prior opt-in consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, art. 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR); opt-out under CCPA/CPRA in California; and equivalent mechanisms under LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada) and the Australian Privacy Act. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use cookie-equivalent technologies such as localStorage and pixel tags; they are covered by this same policy.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required to deliver the service you requested (login, security, consent storage). No consent required.
  • Functional — remember preferences (language, theme). Consent required in the EU/UK; opt-out elsewhere.
  • Analytics — aggregated usage statistics, IP-anonymised. Consent required in the EU/UK; opt-out elsewhere.
  • Marketing — we do not use marketing or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

4. Managing your consent

You can change or withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal we treat it as a valid opt-out. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Supervisory authorities

Cookie and electronic-communications compliance is supervised by different bodies depending on your country, including the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL), the ICO (UK), the CNIL (FR), the California Privacy Protection Agency (US-CA), the ANPD (BR), the OPC (CA) and the OAIC (AU). See our Privacy Policy for the full list and contact channels.
