Residential, decoded

Three residential pools. One honest comparison.

You open the products menu, see Smart, Exclusive and Premium residential proxies, and think: okay… what is actually different? Short answer: the price you pay per GB and how hard the sites you hit push back. Everything below is just that sentence with receipts.

The 10-second answer

Don't buy this one if…

Residential Smart

Your target throws captchas or bans the moment you scale. Smart is unfiltered on purpose; save the money for a tier that will actually get through.

Exclusive Residential

You only need cheap traffic on friendly sites, or you are going straight at sneaker drops and ticketing queues. One way you overpay, the other way you undershoot.

Premium Residential

Your crawl is simple and your budget is tight. Premium is the cleanest pool we have, but there is no point paying for it to scrape a site that never blocks anyone.

Still not it?

If per-GB billing itself is the problem, or residential is the wrong family altogether:

Questions people actually ask

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. All three share one dashboard, one API key and one balance. Switching is a header change, not a migration.

Does one of them really get banned less?

Yes, and in that order: Smart, then Exclusive, then Premium. Exclusive is curated and scored, Premium is re-scored daily against strict targets, so it holds the cleanest IPs we have.

Do prices drop automatically?

They do. Each tier steps down as your volume grows, with no plan to upgrade and nothing to ask for.

Can I test before I commit?

Message us in live chat and the team activates 250 MB free on residential per-GB plans. No card needed.

Do all three support SOCKS5?

Yes. HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every tier, with full header passthrough.

What changes at 1 TB?

Only the rate. Smart lands at $0.24/GB, Exclusive at $1.14/GB and Premium at $0.80/GB, on the same pools and the same endpoints.

Still torn between two of them?

Tell our team what you're scraping in live chat. They'll name a tier in a minute, and set up 250 MB free while they're at it.
