Overview

Why teams choose Rainproxy for rotating proxies.

The simplest way to stay under the radar while scraping at scale is to never use the same IP twice. Rotating proxies swap your exit address on every request, so the target sees a steady stream of ordinary residential visitors instead of one noisy client hammering the same endpoint.

Rainproxy's Premium Residential line is purpose-built for this. With 110M+ ethically-sourced IPs and per-request rotation as the default, you generate one endpoint and our router handles the rest. Add city, ASN, zip or IP-quality filters when you need control, or leave the session TTL blank for pure rotation. It is the rotating proxy setup most production scrapers reach for first.

Why Rainproxy

Built for serious rotating-proxy workloads.

Built for rotation first

Per-request rotation is the default on Premium Residential. No manual pool management, no retry loops, just one endpoint and a fresh IP every time.

110M+ real residential IPs

The largest premium residential pool on the market means low reuse, low overlap and fewer blocks on high-volume runs.

Quality filtering before rotation

Every candidate exit is scored on reputation and recent success. Bad IPs are discarded before they reach your session, so rotation quality stays high.

Targeting that still rotates

Rotation does not mean random. Lock exits to a country, city, ASN or zip and still get a fresh IP inside that region on every request.

How it works

From endpoint to production in three steps.

Step 1

Generate one endpoint

Create a single proxy string in the dashboard. Leave the session TTL empty and every request gets a fresh IP.

Step 2

Add targeting if needed

Pin rotation to a country, city, ASN or zip code so your IPs stay relevant to the target site.

Step 3

Scale without throttling

Spread requests across millions of exits. Rate limits and IP-based blocks drop because no identity repeats.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is a rotating proxy?+

A rotating proxy changes your exit IP address on every request. This spreads traffic across many identities, making it harder for sites to rate-limit or block you.

Which Rainproxy product is best for rotating proxies?+

Premium Residential. It has the largest pool (110M+ IPs), per-request rotation by default, and optional city, ASN, zip and IP-quality filters.

Does rotation use extra bandwidth?+

No. Plain per-request rotation and city/state/ASN targeting do not add bandwidth charges. Only the zip-code, IP-quality and speed filters add a small overhead.

Can I switch to sticky sessions when I need them?+

Yes. Set a session TTL in the proxy username and the same IP stays for the duration you choose. Leave it out to keep rotating.

How do rotating proxies help scraping?+

They prevent any single IP from being flagged for too many requests. That means higher success rates, fewer CAPTCHAs and less time writing retry logic.
