How To Get Started Using Our Service: A Quick Guide
A short walkthrough of ordering, paying and activating a plan — including the payment methods we support and how delivery works.

Ordering
Choose a product and a size on the pricing page, then check out. Bandwidth plans credit gigabytes to your account; IP plans allocate addresses for a fixed period. Both appear in the dashboard as soon as payment clears.
Payment methods
Cards for instant activation, and crypto for anyone who prefers it or whose bank dislikes infrastructure purchases. Stablecoins are the easiest crypto option because the invoice amount doesn't move while the transaction confirms — just double-check you're sending on the right network.
Activation
Card payments activate immediately. Crypto activates on network confirmation, usually within a few minutes. You don't need to contact support to release an order; if something is stuck, the transaction hash is all we need to find it.
Your first hour
- Generate proxy credentials in the dashboard
- Pick a country and decide whether you need a sticky session
- Test with a single request before wiring anything up
- Add the proxy string to your tool or browser profile
- Check the usage graph after your first job to see what a page really costs
Topping up and renewals
Bandwidth doesn't disappear mid-job — you'll see usage in the dashboard well before it runs out. Static IP plans renew on their own schedule; renew before expiry if you want to keep the same addresses, since released IPs go back to the pool.
Refunds
Proxy access is delivered instantly and consumed as used, so orders aren't refundable. That's why we recommend starting with the smallest plan and testing your real workload before scaling up.
